Bill Denson
Deputy Chief Counselor
Bill joined the Boys State staff in 1988 as a City Counselor. In 1997 he became a County Counselor. Then, in 2009, he transitioned to Assistant Chief Counselor. Bill is a member of the American Legion Post 338 where he is currently the Post Commander. He is also a member of the Sons of the American Legion. Bill serves on the Board of Directors of The California Boys & Girls State Foundation as its Chief Financial Officer. He is retired from working in the accounting field for 45 years. Both of his sons and wife are members of the Boys & Girls State Staff.
